Comments on Proceedings of Day 4

A. Evaluation of dy 3 proceedings in participatory manner.

B. Working with Moodle
1. A comprehensive session on MOODLE was presented
2. Participants created a MOODLE account and navigated through the process of posting notes,
postting examinations
3. Participants were exposed to swithing roles from lecturer to to students, taking examinations
grading them and summarizing term marks.

C. Evaluation of the Modules
1. The peer evaluation gave an insight into what the process requires.
2. Participants went through thought process to generate a more systematic peer evaluation
system

D. Proposals on Evaluation system
1. Participants engaged in the process of setting peer evaluation criteria for peer evaluation of
modules.

Committment for completion by end of the week

1. The module I am working on is CRS9104 Advanced Plant Breeding. A first draft of it in soft copy is available.


2. I plan to complete the preparation and posting of the rest of the sections of the module by 20 July 2009.



3. I plan to complete and post at least two sections of the module on Advanced Plant Breeding CRS9104. by the end of the week.
